I believe this is most easily expressed in our workplaces. But in time, when we really evaluate our lives outside of work, we begin to see that our ability to thrive in relationships is dependent on our ability to work for the benefit of others and for a greater purpose.

In my work with HOA communities, commercial property managers, vendors, team members, as well as church service projects, community outreach, family dynamics and literally every other environment where there are people involved, I am faced with an opportunity to develop a common vision and direct my efforts toward those objectives.
