Growth is healthy and creates great opportunity. When that growth becomes the highest priority, other priorities fade into the background.

How do we balance growth with other values that guide our work? This all starts with identifying early what our values are, then creating goals, and then developing systems that drive us towards the goals.

If we are not intentional, we will default to a base level agenda that is derived from a survival mechanism.

Look around your work and community. Where do you see the values and where do you see the default mechanisms? Can you change your environment?

Collaborating on this subject is an enormous opportunity. Who we partner with will determine our future as well as the future of everyone around us.
